This is a challenging hole as the twin dangers of OB on the right and a ‘Nalla’ (?) on the left, makes driving accuracy of paramount importance. Large twin bunkers on the right around the landing area add to the degree of difficulty. It is important to take a little more time to concentrate and to ensure that your drive is not wayward. Once you get your drive in, the 2nd shot need not be more than an 8 Iron and the green, barring a left side pin position should not pose too much of a problem. A birdie would be welcome but a par is more than satisfactory.

For the higher handicapper the avoidable dangers are 1. OB on the right. 2. ‘Nalla’ on the left 3. Fairways bunkers on the right and the deep greenside bunkers on the front left of the green. If the pin is cut to the left, better go to the center of the green.
