This is an ideal starting hole considering that it is drivable for most pros especially if there is no head wind. My only concern would be to avoid going too far right which is OB along the entire length as it borders the high driving range fence.

Next Hole 2

For the higher handicappers, this is birdiable hole as the second shot will not be more than a 9 iron. A central pin position makes the hole that much easier to birdy. The trick would be to land the ball beyond the right bunker but avoiding the left bunker.
